The waste edition costs from CHF 990 a year, and set-up is free until the end of 2026. If your figure is higher, the app has paid for itself before news, events or the Local A–Z have even been mentioned.
If it is lower, we will tell you that too. We don't sell any municipality something that doesn't pay off for it.
Pricing
You choose the edition; the price depends on the number of residents. All prices in CHF per year; Trennio is currently not subject to VAT, and any VAT introduced later will be added. Always free for residents, cancellable annually.
Extra support as needed: CHF 195 per hour or an annual package for CHF 840.
Up to 15'000 residents, a fixed price applies. Above that, we calculate using a simple formula you can check yourself. After a short conversation, you receive a fixed-price quote.
The fixed price covers the scope of the chosen edition plus two districts with their own calendars. If you want the full scope including guest mode and four languages, choose Willkommen. From 50'000 residents, we agree the approach with you personally.
Available as a project on request, with a separate quote: your own domain · API access · on-site training · integration with third-party systems. How we operate: daily verified backups, external monitoring, response on working days.
Modules: Trennio grows with your municipality
From waste calendar to full municipal app. The modules come bundled in the editions: “Treffpunkt” combines news, events and the directory. “Willkommen” adds guest mode, multiple languages and guest info. New modules are added to the editions as they become available.
💡 Note: If holiday guests use the app very heavily, we will work out the right rate together.
Issue reporting
Residents report with photo and location: illegally dumped waste and other local issues such as broken street lights or potholes. Features can be enabled per municipality.

Tourist municipalities
For tourist municipalities with high visitor numbers, we clarify the details individually in an initial meeting. The Willkommen edition comes with guest mode, multiple languages and guest info built in.

A discount staggered over 3 years for partner municipalities, in recognition of your role as a founding partner. Applies to contracts starting by 31 December 2026; the app itself can launch later.

What we ask in return: your feedback from everyday use, at whatever frequency suits you. Annual contract, cancellable three months before it ends, no long-term commitment, data export at any time.
Price guarantee · 3 years
Partner municipalities receive the agreed rate guaranteed for the full partner term, even if Trennio changes its general pricing model during that time. You can still cancel annually.

Fill in the form. We will get back to you within two working days and set up your personal trial version after the initial meeting.
You send us your collection dates (PDF, Excel or a list) and drop-off points, and we set up the calendar and app for you. No IT needed on your side.
Download a print-ready A6 card with a QR code and use it in your municipal newsletter or put it up at the entrance.
*Ready in 48 hours: the timeframe starts once we have all your data (step 2) and counts working days only. For complex calendars (several areas), we will give you a firm date in advance.
